SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time
Most orders are sent out within 1-3 days. However, the time I need to prepare an order for shipping can sometimes vary, depending on my stock of a particular item. These are printed to order at a local FedEx shop, and sometimes things can take a little longer than other times for the order to be ready. Occasionally, sales are also higher than expected and I am awaiting a new shipment of the official Nintendo game cases.
I'll be in contact regardless and do my best to get your item to you as soon as possible.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
